As HR Systems Analyst, you will support the continued development of Oracle HCM and connected HR systems.
You will work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and IT to improve the quality, usability and effectiveness of our people systems.
This role offers genuine breadth.
One day you may be helping to resolve a system configuration issue; the next, you could be supporting to improve onboarding journeys across multiple countries, producing HR reporting, or developing clear operating procedures for our HR Shared Services team.
