Role Description
- This part time HR Support Officer role at Núcleo Milenio sobre Crisis Políticas en América Latina (Crispol) is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid work model.
- The HR Support Officer will assist in day to day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update job descriptions.
- Assist with HR documentation and policy implementation.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries.
- Support employee relations initiatives.
- Organize HR related meetings or trainings.
- Ensure HR data is accurately recorded and securely maintained.
- Collaborate with senior HR colleagues, follow established procedures, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Ability to understand and apply HR Policies while ensuring compliance.
- Skills in Employee Relations to address routine employee inquiries.
- Experience or training in Job Description Development.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and HR related software or databases is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage tasks with limited supervision.
- Entry level experience in HR, internships, or relevant coursework; a degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
