About the Role
Sunda International is seeking an HR Supervisor to manage onboarding, offboarding, personnel data, attendance, employee relations, and visa management in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR, at least 1 year of HR generalist experience, and familiarity with Dubai visa processes.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of new staff information in the personnel system for onboarding
- Maintain accurate exit information, prepare exit documents, and ensure clearance procedures are completed for offboarding
- Maintain personnel contracts, basic personnel information, and ensure timely updates
- Ensure staff contracts are renewed in a timely manner and issue renewed contracts and conversion letters
- Manage warning letters according to local legal requirements and disciplinary policy
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of attendance data and prepare monthly attendance summaries
- Handle employee relations incidents efficiently and ensure timely resolution
- Manage office expenses, ensure timely claims, and process staff welfare payments
- Maintain personnel files, ensure completeness, and timely updates
- Help manager employees' Working Visa, apply or renew on time and ensure no Visa Expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Human Resource Generalist
- Familiarity with the Dubai visa application process and requirements
- Good Communication and people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
