Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Saudi government authorities including MHRSD, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Jawazat, MISA, Chamber of Commerce, and related entities
- Support compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and company regulations
- Maintain employee related government documentation and renewal tracking
- Maintain and update employee files, contracts, Iqama records, insurance documents, and HR records
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, visa processing coordination, and employee lifecycle documentation
- Handle employee exit formalities, final settlement coordination, and clearance procedures
- Manage and maintain employee data in HRMS
- Track leave management, attendance updates, reporting structures, and employee records
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports including headcount, compliance, leave, and Saudization reports
- Coordinate employee learning activities through the company LMS
- Track training completion and employee development progress
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR communication activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6 years of HR Operations / Government Relations experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and HR compliance requirements
- Experience in HRMS platforms; KEKA experience preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage employee relations and operational HR responsibilities independently
- Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Trading industries will be an advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR Specialist to support Government Relations and HR Operations for our Industrial and Trading entities in Saudi Arabia.
- The role requires hands on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, Saudi government portals, HRMS administration, onboarding, compliance tracking, and employee services while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.

Skills
