A skilled HR Specialist is sought to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, prepare employment contracts, and ensure compliance with labor laws in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities include managing employee files, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and preparing salary structures in accordance with labor regulations.
Experience in employee relations and HR systems is essential, along with a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Skills
Experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment : Writing job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding processes.
Management of Employee Lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Participation in the preparation of Training and Development Plans and annual performance evaluations.
Handling Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts.
Familiarity with Salary Structures and building organizational hierarchies.
