Role Purpose
Execute and coordinate human resources initiatives, talent development programs, and operational HR activities.
Support workforce development, employee engagement, and business alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate company-wide training programs, workshops, and learning and development initiatives.
- Manage training logistics, attendance, feedback, completion tracking, and employee development records.
- Support the Management Trainee Program with scheduling, mentor coordination, and progress tracking.
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, employee development, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees, departments, and external training providers.
- Prepare HR operational reports and learning and development dashboards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
Skills
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
