About the Role
YUTONG QATAR QFZ LLC is seeking an HR Specialist with at least 3 years of proven HR experience, including knowledge of Qatar Labor Law. The role requires a valid Qatar ID with transferable visa and immediate availability, covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Handle employee relations and address employee concerns
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Oversee performance management processes
- Maintain HR administration and documentation
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Qatar Labor Law
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources within a similar role
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in all core HR functions
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable visa
- Available for immediate joining
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Qatar Driving License is an advantage
