Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment workflows using HR and ATS platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines
- Support digital onboarding and HR documentation processes
- Use recruitment tools to track hiring metrics and performance
- Assist in job posting creation and talent sourcing strategies
- Communicate with candidates professionally and efficiently
- Analyze hiring data and suggest process improvements
- Support HR automation and system optimization projects

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) management
- Talent sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
- Recruitment coordination and scheduling
- HR software tools (BambooHR, Workable, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
- Candidate screening and interviewing support
- HR analytics and reporting
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Data entry and HR documentation accuracy
- Excel / Google Sheets for tracking recruitment metrics
- Understanding of modern hiring processes and automation
What We’re Looking For
- Background in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3+ years of recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition experience
- Comfortable using digital HR and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-friendly mindset with attention to detail
