The employer is hiring an HR Software Training and Implementation Specialist.
The role involves demonstrating HR and payroll software, delivering customer training and supporting implementation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct online software demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
- Train customers on employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and reporting.
- Assist with software setup, configuration and employee data imports.
- Guide customers through testing and go-live.
- Answer product questions and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful onboarding.
What the employer is looking for
- Knowledge of UAE HR and payroll processes.
- Experience using HR or payroll software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Confidence conducting online demonstrations and training sessions.
- Good Excel skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Experience in software training, support or implementation is an advantage.
