Role Overview
- You'll train new client companies' HR teams to run their payroll on our platform, not process it yourself.
- This is a client facing training and onboarding role — not internal HR.
You must have
- Clear, Practical understanding of how UAE HR works
- Solid spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- The confidence to lead a session, screen share, and teach people who've never used the software
- Comfort learning and explaining software (you don't need to be technical)
Nice to have
- Prior SaaS onboarding, implementation, or training experience
- Familiarity with UAE labour law basics
