Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases
- Prepare HR related documents, letters, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR related data
- Coordinate visa, labor, and other employee related documentation when required
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and confidentially
- Assist in organizing employee events, training sessions, and HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or secretarial role
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage

Job Overview
