GENTLY is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of HR experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist with full cycle recruitment including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries and facilitate open communication
- Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records
- Administer employee benefits programs and support payroll processing
- Help administer performance evaluation process and support employee development plans
- Organize team building events, engagement initiatives, and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in an HR role
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution capabilities and high level of confidentiality
- SHRM CP or PHR certification is a strong plus

Job Summary
