Recruitment responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a strong real estate sales team.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and industry contacts.
- Identify experienced real estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for selected salespeople.
HR responsibilities
