- Coordinate recruitment activities, including resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and first-round interviews.
- Support offer letters, pre-employment requirements, and hiring administration.
- Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through an employee’s first days on the job.
- Coordinate employee setup with IT and other internal teams, including equipment, system access, and site-specific requirements.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, systems, timesheets, and general HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across multiple systems.
- Track onboarding, training, and compliance requirements and follow up on outstanding items.
- Support the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team with HR, recruitment, and administrative projects.
- Pitch in where needed with a team-first mindset as priorities change.
- Experience in administration, coordination, recruitment support, HR support, onboarding, or a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills; experience with HR or applicant tracking systems is an asset.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with candidates, employees, managers, and internal teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- A proactive, dependable approach — you notice what needs to be done and help move it forward.
- Comfortable working onsite in a busy branch environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
