Trinity Real Estate Brokers LLC is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with UAE real estate recruitment experience to source, attract, and recruit real estate agents and property consultants.

Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit qualified real estate agents and property consultants through job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, and industry connections
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate talent
- Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and hiring reports
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Support employer branding initiatives within the real estate industry
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a seamless hiring experience for new employees
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE real estate industry
- Proven track record of hiring and onboarding real estate agents, property consultants, or related real estate professionals
- Minimum 5 years HR recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and recruitment landscape
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Fluent in English

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and recruitment landscape.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment.
