- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre employment documentation
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and HR documentation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
