About the Role
Innovation IT Solutions FZE LLC is seeking an HR Recruiter/HR Manager in Dubai to lead recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment and hiring.
- Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, warning letters, and final settlements.
- Conduct performance reviews, probation follow ups, and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, visa and employee documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and UAE Labour Law.
- Experience in high volume hiring and handling multiple departments.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Experience in telesales, call center, hospitality, or service industry recruitment.
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Dubizzle, and Bayzat is an advantage.
