Al Mazra is seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through joining.

The role may be performed on a full-time or part-time basis and requires the ability to manage recruitment independently.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Prepare and publish job advertisements.
Conduct reference and document checks when required.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment campaigns when required.
Build a talent pool for current and future vacancies.
Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Three to five years of recruitment experience is required.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Target-oriented and able to work independently.
