Job Description
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage job postings regularly.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and panel members, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker accurately.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Negotiate salary offers and assist in preparing offer letters and employment documentation.
- Support onboarding process including documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor regulations during hiring process.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
