About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer management.
• Source doctors, nurses, paramedics, and non-clinical or support staff through job portals, referrals, and consultants.
• Coordinate with department heads to define hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS records.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities.
• Build talent pools for critical and urgent hospital positions.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with clinical and non-clinical hospital hiring.
