HR Project Integration Intern (Fall 2026)

Beginning now and lasting through December 2026 (Winter).

There may be a potential option to extend into 2027 as well.

First Solar allows flexibility to enrol in classes while working as an intern, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the essential functions of the position.

This is a full-time position.

Work will be 3 days in the corporate office, with flexibility of remote work 2 days/week.

• Human Resources Management, Data Science, or Business major, 3 rd or 4 th Year student preferred.
• Some experience in an office environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Power BI and MS Copilot a plus.

• Ability to navigate PowerPoint and MS Excel with efficiency, good understanding of Excel formulas and pivot tables a plus.

Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Documents

Availability to attend local University career fairs with Talent Acquisition as required.

Assist the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging efforts for the team.

Assist with other projects as required.

This internship will support the Connector Program (Buddy Program) and Mentorship Program, the intern will:

Gather data for Program metrics

Track progress, priorities, and deadlines

• Contribute to process and system enhancement
• Review surveys and provide feedback/suggestions.
• Obtain feedback from hiring managers and/or mentors/mentees.
• Be the point of contact for project questions.

Gain hands-on experience in people analytics by supporting the annual Inclusion & Engagement Survey.

include organizing survey data, reviewing employee feedback, identifying trends, creating Power BI reports, and helping develop presentations that inform strategic decisions made by senior leaders and executives.

Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.

$19-$21/ hour
