The Role

  • We are looking for an experienced HR Program Manager to join the Ads and Partnerships HR team.
  • You will own and drive work that requires cutting across organizational lines, coordinating across regions, and ensuring complex multi stakeholder programs land.
  • The successful candidate is highly organized, moves quickly, writes clearly, and treats data and AI as core tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross functional HR programs end to end, partnering with HR leadership to project manage strategic initiatives across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Own the operational backbone of the HR team, driving smooth execution of key people processes, compensation planning, 360 feedback cycles, employee surveys, manager development programs, and onboarding improvements.
  • Build and maintain the communication and coordination infrastructure for a globally distributed HR team.
  • Develop frameworks to track and report on key HR metrics and leverage insights to sharpen decision making.
  • Write clearly and with judgment, documenting global decisions into memos and crafting communications.
  • Leverage AI and technology proactively to accelerate research, synthesize data, and improve work quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong program management instincts with experience managing complex, multi track projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Clear, confident written communication skills.
  • Analytical capability to structure and interpret data and translate analysis into recommendations.
  • Business curiosity and eagerness to learn the business.
  • A bias for action and ability to make sound calls with incomplete information.
  • Genuine AI fluency and active use of AI tools.
  • Comfort with global complexity and experience working across regions or time zones.

Experience

  • 3+ years as a Program Manager organizing, managing, and executing complex projects, ideally within HR or related spaces.
  • Relevant HR experience partnering with managers on employee lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics tools.
  • Experience in a fast paced, matrixed, global organization.

Compensation

  • Compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; no bonuses.
  • You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
  • The range for this role is $200,000.00 $330,000.00.
