- Own the operational backbone of the HR team, driving smooth execution of key people processes, compensation planning, 360 feedback cycles, employee surveys, manager development programs, and onboarding improvements.
- Build and maintain communication and coordination infrastructure for a globally distributed HR team, including update digests, meeting materials, and agendas.
- Develop frameworks to track and report on key HR metrics, leveraging insights to sharpen decision making.
- Write clear and judgmental documentation, including memos, guidance, and communications to drive decisions and alignment.
- Leverage AI and technology proactively to accelerate research, synthesize data, and improve work quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Program Manager organizing, managing, and executing complex projects, ideally within HR or related spaces
- Relevant HR experience partnering with managers on employee lifecycle touchpoints
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency in Google Workspace

The Role

Compensation
- Compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; no bonuses.
- You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
- The range for this role is $200,000.00 $330,000.00.
