Role overview
Coordinates workforce pathways, campus and community recruitment programs, HR projects, external awards, events, and administrative activities.
Follows Northwestern Medicine policies, the Code of Ethics, the Corporate Compliance Program, and applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Program and partnership responsibilities
- Manage Northwestern Medicine campus and community recruitment programs.
- Coordinate workforce pipeline initiatives with the NM Academy and Community Affairs.
- Lead external workforce award applications, including essays and organizational data and metrics.
- Represent Northwestern Memorial Healthcare at relevant external and internal events and meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, customers, and vendors.
- Collaborate with HR division members and support HR projects through automation and process streamlining.
Administrative responsibilities
- Support the Director of Human Resources with meeting scheduling, purchase orders, invoices, and project tasks.
- Plan meeting and project logistics, including rooms, signage, catering, equipment, and notifications.
- Coordinate monthly HR team meetings and maintain project timelines.
