What You'Ll Be Doing

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records and support daily HR operations
  • Foster positive employee relations and workplace engagement
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and best practices
  • Support organizational growth through effective talent acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Processing of Visa , labor card etc.

What We'Re Looking For

✔ Minimum 2 years of HR experience within Dubai's real estate industry

✔ Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken)

✔ Strong recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition experience

✔ Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

✔ Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
