Hemmersbach is seeking an HR People Operations Associate to manage visa and work permit processing, government liaison, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The role involves onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.

Responsibilities
- Administer and process employee visas, work permits, and residency documentation in full compliance with UAE laws
- Act as the primary contact with MOHRE, Immigration, and Labour departments to secure timely approvals and maintain compliance
- Manage renewals, cancellations, and updates to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records aligned with UAE labour law standards
- Facilitate documentation and formalities for new joiners and departing employees
- Guide employees through required processes and assist with documentation completion
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the team, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Proven experience in visa processing and government liaison
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and immigration procedures
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic understanding of HR processes

Role
