HR Partner, AWS Builder Experience Team

Role Overview

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business or Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of human resources experience.
• Fluent Arabic speaking, writing, and reading ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis.
• Experience consulting on complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AWS Builder Experience Team on human resources matters.
• Advise and influence executive leadership on HR-related matters.
• Apply business and HR acumen to complex organizational matters.
• Consult on complex human resources issues.
• Use problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis in HR decision-making.
