Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate support on HR queries across the employee lifecycle via multiple channels
- Process HR transactions and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support leave of absence cases, payroll inputs, contract documentation, and benefits administration
- Manage high volume data changes in HR systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve queries
- Maintain and update process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support visa processing and contingent workforce administration
- Assist with reporting, system testing, and identifying process improvements
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations or employee services
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP
- Ability to handle high volume transactional work

About the Role & Team
- We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Employee Services team on a 6 month contract.
- This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast paced, collaborative environment and help deliver high quality employee experiences across the MENA region.
- You'll play a key role in supporting day to day HR operations, balancing high volume transactional work with opportunities to improve processes.
- This role will be based in our Dubai office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Provide timely, accurate support on HR queries across the employee lifecycle (e.g., leave, pay changes, onboarding, offboarding) via multiple channels (case system, email, chat, in person).
- Process HR transactions and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local legislation.
- Support leave of absence cases, payroll inputs, contract documentation, and benefits administration.
- Manage high volume data changes in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), ensuring completion and data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) and external providers (e.g., benefits, visa partners) to resolve queries.
- Maintain and update process documentation, including SOGs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and support Data Subject Requests (DSRs) in line with GDPR and company processes.
- Support visa processing and contingent workforce administration, including vendor coordination and payment processes.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
- Assist with reporting, system testing, and identifying process or system improvements.
