Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day HR operations, including personnel administration, employment contracts, HR records, and HR systems
- Manage employee relations, support performance management, and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and best practices
- Coordinate government relations activities, including labor office requirements, work permits, visas, and compliance with local labor regulations
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and company standards; lead HR audits and support inspections
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for leadership
- Collaborate with project teams and regional HR colleagues to support workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding
Requirements
- Strong foundation in HR and HR Management, with experience in multi site or project based environment
- Proven expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, including personnel administration and documentation
- Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and manager coaching
- Experience with government relations and HR compliance, particularly in labor law, work permits, visas, and regulatory reporting
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage
- Experience in construction, EPC, or large industrial projects, ideally within the Middle East, is highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in multicultural, fast paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality
