Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
- Manage trainer allocation and training calendars
- Track attendance, performance, and training feedback
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs across departments
- Handle end to end placement process for students/candidates
- Connect with companies for job/internship opportunities
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow ups
- Maintain placement records and reports
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
