Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR/GRO/Operations roles in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and key portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad)
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Role Purpose
- To manage all HR administration, government relations, operations, and compliance matters to ensure the smooth running of the company in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Government Relations & Compliance (GRO/PRO): Renew and amend company licenses and registrations (MISA, MoC CR, Chamber of Commerce, SPL National Address).
- Manage Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad portals for registrations, renewals, amendments, and reporting.
- Process visas, iqamas, sponsorship transfers, exit/re entry visas, family visas, and final exits.
- Issue Saudization, GOSI, WPS, SME, and Debt certificates.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization/Nitaqat requirements and labor law.
- Human Resources (HR): Coordinate recruitment (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
- Prepare, manage, and update employee contracts in compliance with Saudi labor law.
- Register and update employees in Qiwa and GOSI.
- Oversee payroll processing, WPS compliance, and issuance of salary certificates.
- Operations & Administration: Manage supplier and vendor contracts, renewals, and payments.
- Business Support & Compliance: Draft and translate official correspondence, contracts, and reports.
- Submit and manage tenders through Etimad and other government platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR/GRO/Operations roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and key portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: SAR 10,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience).
