- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Administer attendance, leave management, and employee benefits
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee related documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and employee related administrative processes
- Support payroll inputs and ensure accurate HR data management
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics and records
- Address employee queries and provide HR operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Immediate joiner preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage day to day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR service delivery, maintain compliance with UAE labor laws, and support employees and management on HR related matters.

Qualifications
