- Maintain attendance, leave, and timesheet records
- Prepare and process monthly payroll
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding driver deployment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
