Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **HR Officer** for our construction company in Al Ain.
The candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, especially related to construction workforce and site employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment (labors, engineers, staff)
- Manage employee records and documentation
- Process visa, labor card, and Emirates ID
- Coordinate with PRO for government approvals
- Handle payroll and attendance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Manage employee grievances and site issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years HR experience (construction preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE labor law
- Experience in visa processing and PRO coordination
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / HR systems
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
