Lumicore Group is seeking a dedicated **HR Officer / HR Business Partner** to join our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our strategic HR initiatives to propel company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from **60** **-*** 120QAR*, commensurate with experience.
