About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers locally and internationally
- Follow up on visa processing, work permits, residency applications, and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Prepare recruitment and workforce reports for management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources within the UAE
- Strong network and established connections with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers
- Proven ability to source, recruit, and mobilize employees
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
- Experience in handling employment visas, work permits, and residency procedures
- Ability to coordinate with PROs regarding government related employee matters
- Strong communication, negotiation, and recruitment skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR related systems
- Must be currently residing in the UAE

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and recruitment skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR related systems
- Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE
