Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced **HR Executive** to join our organization in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to manage HR operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day HR operations in compliance with **UAE Labor Law** and company policies
· Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
· Prepare and maintain employee contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation
· Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related formalities
· Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance records
· Address employee relations matters and respond to HR-related queries professionally
· Assist management with HR reports and administrative support as required
Requirements
· Minimum **3 years of HR experience in Dubai/UAE**
· Strong knowledge of **UAE HR procedures, labor law, and compliance**
· Proven ability to work **under pressure** and manage multiple priorities
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
