- Interface with other areas to ensure proper information flow and support business decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and safety practices
- Participate in periodic management reports and support implementation of company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in management or coordination roles, preferably in industry or construction
- Knowledge of operations management, performance indicators, and continuous improvement
- Ability to organize teams, distribute tasks, and monitor results with a focus on targets
- Good interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Availability for hybrid work in Dubai and occasional travel to company units
- Basic knowledge of technology tools, productivity packages, and business management systems
