About the Role
EUROGULF TECHNO SERVICES LLC is hiring an HR Officer in Muhaisnah Dubai to manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or MEP contracting companies with labor-driven environments.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing CVs, conducting initial assessments, coordinating interviews of both labor and staff
- Issuing offers, collecting documents, arranging medicals, EID, and joining formalities
- Handling onboarding, orientation, probation tracking, confirmations, and offboarding
- Preparing contracts, amendments, memos, NOCs, warnings, and maintaining employee files
- Monitoring attendance, leave balances, approvals, and monthly reports
- Preparing attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances for payroll
- Ensuring salary file accuracy and resolving WPS rejections
- Addressing employee concerns, coordinating resolutions, maintaining discipline
- Coordinating work permits, contract registration, renewals, cancellations
- Coordinating medicals, EID, renewals, cancellations with PRO
- Maintaining employee data in HR systems
- Sending weekly/monthly reports to Senior HR/Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 7 years of HR operations experience; UAE experience preferred
- Experience in Construction or MEP contracting companies, specifically in labor driven environments (strongly preferred)
- Experience managing large groups of workers, attendance, accommodation, and site HR coordination
- Ability to handle site visits, camp issues, and coordination with supervisors/foremen

- Labor Handling Skills: Experience managing large groups of workers, attendance, accommodation, and site HR coordination.
- Field Exposure: Ability to handle site visits, camp issues, and coordination with supervisors/foremen.
