About the Role
Maestro Medical Center in Doha, Qatar is hiring an HR Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, and provide HR support. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, probation, contract preparation and renewal, and employee exit procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date
- Handle employee relations and provide day to day HR support to staff and management
- Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, and other official documents
- Draft and manage professional email correspondence with employees and external parties
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies
- Coordinate leave management, attendance records, and other HR administrative functions
- Liaise with government entities when required and assist with HR related documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email communication
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
