About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the company's medical insurance program, ensuring all employees are enrolled and coverage is maintained
- Work with insurance providers to negotiate rates and manage renewals
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding medical insurance coverage and claims processing
- Communicate with employees to ensure timely and accurate submission of medical claims
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records related to medical insurance coverage
- Manage and oversee the visa and work permit application process for employees
- Ensure all visa and work permit applications are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with government authorities and immigration agencies to obtain necessary visas and work permits
- Coordinate with employees to ensure all required documentation is submitted on time and in the correct format
- Maintain accurate and up to date records related to employee visa and work permit status
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding visa and work permit processes
- Assist with other HR related duties as assigned, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on medical insurance, visa and work permit processing
- Previous experience in Education Sector
- Strong understanding of medical insurance processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations related to visa and work permit processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

About The Job
- As a HR Officer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Bloom Education's medical insurance program, accurate processing of visas and work permits for employees.
- You will report to the HR Operations Lead and will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the HR department.

Qualifications And Experience
