Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
- Serve as first point of contact for employee HR related inquiries
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime records
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, labor contracts, and work permits
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE regulations, and company policies
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, turnover analysis, and other management reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and verbal)

Job Summary
- The HR Officer is responsible for managing day to day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, training coordination, HR documentation, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment records and employee files.
- Proven experience in both Blue Collar and White Collar recruitment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR related inquiries.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage probation reviews, confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, and employee status changes.
- Prepare employment certificates, salary certificates, and other HR correspondence.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
- Process annual leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and verbal communication).
