Core HR Scope
- Manage retail employees.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding.
- Administer visas and Emirates ID processes.
- Manage payroll and attendance.
- Track employee performance.
- Handle employee relations.
- Apply UAE labour procedures.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR professional with strong retail experience.
- Experience managing retail employees and the listed HR processes.
- Experience in shoes, fashion, or retail companies is highly preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts from AED 4,500 per month.
