Responsibilities
- Process payroll for staff
- Schedule doctors' and staff duty rosters, leave, and paid leave
- Apply for work permits, visas, and health insurance for employees
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, including license applications and renewals
- Handle full recruitment cycle: hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Submit DHA statistics as required
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
- Arrange logistics and travel for VIP doctor visits
- Implement and verify staff KPIs and commission structures
- Submit Yearly KPI Report of each Clinic Department to management
- Submit Yearly Report of Employee Renewal Projection
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE and UAE labor laws
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Office Administration within a clinic/healthcare setting (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- CHRP and CHRM certificate or MB preferred
- Strong knowledge of DHA and MOHRE regulations
- Experience with payroll, visa processing, and health insurance procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp financial acumen and problem solving mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of EMR, CRM and EHR

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced HR & Office Manager to join our clinic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle HR operations, DHA/MOHRE compliance, office administration, and support clinic management with day to day operational and financial matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for staff
- Schedule doctors' and staff duty rosters, leave, and paid leave
- Apply for work permits, visas, and health insurance for employees
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, including license applications and renewals
- Handle full recruitment cycle: hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
