About the Role
Partido Socialismo e Liberdade - PSOL is seeking a part-time, hybrid HR Manager in Dubai to oversee day-to-day HR activities including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day human resources activities, including recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Manage employee relations and support performance management processes
- Ensure HR policies are consistently applied
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Advise leadership on HR best practices
- Help foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful work environment
- Support compliance with local labor regulations and organizational guidelines
Requirements

- Relevant experience in political, nonprofit, or advocacy organizations is beneficial

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws

Role Description
- Oversee day to day human resources activities, including recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records for staff and collaborators.
- Manage employee relations, support performance management processes, and ensure HR policies are consistently applied.

Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in coordinating core HR functions.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Skills in Performance Management to support goal setting, feedback processes, and development planning.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, with the ability to implement and communicate guidelines that align with local regulations and organizational values.
- Relevant experience in political, nonprofit, or advocacy organizations is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with UAE labor laws.
