Role Description
- The HR Manager role at Pet Network International is a part time hybrid position based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work and some work from home flexibility.
- The HR Manager will oversee day to day human resources operations, including implementing HR policies, supporting managers with HR related queries, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Responsibilities include managing employee relations, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- The role will also involve maintaining HR records and systems, preparing HR reports, and contributing to initiatives that support employee engagement, development, and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience across core HR functions.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and Performance Management, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR Policies in line with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and basic data analysis, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role, preferably within retail or multi location organizations.
- Ability to work independently in a part time hybrid setup and manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
