Role Description

  • The HR Manager will oversee day to day human resources activities, including managing HR operations, implementing policies, and supporting leadership with people related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Coordinating performance management processes
  • Supporting employee engagement and development programs
  • Managing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws
  • Contributing to HR strategy and organizational culture

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Hands on experience with Performance Management
  • Ability to interpret and apply UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with experience using HRIS tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a technology, software, or web development environment is beneficial

Workplace

  • This is a full time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and some work from home as business needs allow.
