Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily Human Resources operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Support learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions
- Advise managers on HR best practices and organizational development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM CP/SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems is an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labour legislation
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and decision making skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Experience driving employee engagement and organizational development initiatives

About the Role
- We’re looking for an experienced and people focused HR Manager to join our growing Human Resources team.
