Role Description

  • This part time HR Manager role at LIDER BIM S.A.C. is based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on site presence with some work from home flexibility.
  • The HR Manager will oversee daily human resources operations, including implementing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and coordinating performance management activities.
  • Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • The role also involves advising leadership on HR best practices, facilitating trainings, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • The HR Manager will collaborate with managers across the organization to address HR related issues and support workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with practical experience in HR operations and process implementation.
  • Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and supporting a respectful work environment.
  • Experience in Performance Management, such as setting performance standards, coordinating reviews, and supporting development plans.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, including the ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies in line with company standards and local regulations.
  • Understanding of UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements for Dubai based organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a part time, hybrid setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
