Role Description
- The HR Manager at MINERIA LED E ACESSÓRIOS LTDA TYRI LIGHTS will oversee day to day human resources operations, supporting leadership and team members in a part time capacity.
- This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on site presence and some work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Implementing HR policies
- Managing employee relations
- Supporting performance management processes
- Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations
- Coordinating recruitment activities
- Onboarding
- Basic HR administration
- Advising managers on best practices in people management
- Maintaining accurate HR records
- Supporting training and development initiatives
- Fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day to day HR operations.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting engagement.
- Experience in Performance Management, supporting goal setting, feedback processes, and performance reviews.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR Policies in alignment with company values and local regulations.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment practices; prior experience in Dubai or the region is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills suitable for a part time, hybrid work arrangement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
