Role Description
- The HR Manager will oversee day to day human resources operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records management, and coordination of HR processes for legal and support staff.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of in office presence and work from home flexibility.
- Responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting performance management cycles, implementing and updating HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and firm standards.
- The HR Manager will collaborate closely with partners and administrative leadership to support workforce planning, training initiatives, and engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in day to day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to support a professional services environment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies and procedures.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, particularly in professional services or legal environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and use HR and productivity software tools efficiently.
